Many users are dissatisfied with services offered by their system current operating: bugs, crashes frequently, erased or lost work and formatting recurring.
They then hear about Linux, but in their mind, the latter remains a complex OS, where everything must be done "by hand".
Moreover, some Windows users return after a short transition to Linux, explaining that "it's complicated, it's really an operating system do not say" programmer which is not made for users but for the programmers widespread inaccessible complexity.
So, GNU / Linux is it really an operating system elitist? Are you really have to spend hours and hours to properly configure your operating system, install software and other operations which, I can already see, do not rejoice?
